About us
A local team that cleans like it's our own home.
Clearwell is a small cleaning team based in Cedar Falls. We clean homes and offices across six towns, and we answer our own phone.
Who we are
Small on purpose.
We keep the team small so we can keep our promises: the same cleaner at your door each visit, someone who answers when you call, and a re-clean within 24 hours if anything's missed.
Every cleaner is interviewed in person, reference-checked and trained by us before their first visit. We carry insurance for every job, and we use plant-based products that are safe around children and pets.
Sample text: each client replaces this with their own story, in their own words.

Our cleaner has come every other Friday for a year. I come home to a house that smells like a vacation rental.
Jess M.Cedar Falls -
They got our rental through inspection with the full deposit back. The photos they sent afterwards were a nice touch.
David R.Waterloo -
Booking took a minute, they turned up on time, and the oven looks newer than the day we moved in.
